As recognised experts in field service support operations, systems and their successful implementation, Copperberg asked us to support their latest UK event, which was held at the Warwick University business management centre in the brand new Slate Conference centre building.

Copperberg’s Field Service Summit UK is the leading event for field service executives in the United Kingdom.
This year, the summit was titled “Combining a Service Culture With Customer-Centric Leadership.”
Every year, and for the 3rd year running, senior level service professionals and leading service solutions providers and consultants meet at the FSS UK to discuss the latest trends and strategies towards service excellence in the manufacturing sector.
We were therefore delighted to be invited by Copperberg to support this event as recognised independent field service experts.
Participation in Expert Panel Discussion
Our Managing Director, Adrian Botham, was asked to sit on an expert panel chaired by Andy Neely of Cambridge University to discuss “Customer-centric Service Leadership.”
The day also involved a series of roundtables, one of which we co-facilitated on the subject of “Gaining a competitive edge with best in class service experience.”
Other topics covered included digitalisation of service infrastructure, usage of IoT (Internet of Things) and big data analytics, servitisation, workflow automation, mobile resource management, customer experience improvement, increasing fleet capabilities, agile process transformation, Artificial Intelligence, connected field services and talent & skills development for service operators.
