Tony has built an enviable track record in the automotive sector working with Vehicle Manufacturers (VM), Aftermarket Distributors and Buying Groups for both Original Equipment (OE) and aftermarket parts supply.
In his earlier career, he held a variety of sales, commercial and marketing roles with Citroen, Ford Motor Company, Unipart and MSX International where he led sales teams, regional manager networks and managed large branch networks to implement best practice and deliver year on year sales growth. While with MSX, he designed and implemented programmes for clients such as Volkswagen Group, PSA Group and BMW to grow their parts sales and improve productivity and efficiency.
After moving into full-time consultancy in 2010, Tony continues to help his clients to deliver incremental parts sales growth and customer service enhancement utilising a combination of strategies and methods. These include market and parts pricing research, parts range development, market channel development, and e-commerce strategy (including Web, Amazon, eBay).
Tony is married with two children and is a bit of an action man in his spare time, enjoying mountain biking, motorcycling, skiing and water skiing. He’s also an advanced open water diver (ADI) so if you need someone to take a deep dive into your parts business, Tony’s your man!
