Greg has spent his career developing and implementing operational improvements for a wide range of manufacturing and service companies in aerospace, defence, rail, automotive, construction, industrial, utilities, medical, and more.
After spending his early career in mineral, sales and project engineering roles for chemical, mining equipment and food manufacturing companies, Greg qualified as a six sigma black belt and moved into business improvement consultancy in 2001.
Since then, he’s applied his lean six sigma and continuous business improvement techniques for the benefit of clients including Transport for London (TfL), BAE Systems, JCB, Jaguar Land Rover, Weir, Balfour Beatty, Zotefoams, JJ Churchill, Parkinson, Broadway and many others. Using a flexible combination of consulting, coaching, training and facilitating, Greg finds the best way of helping his clients to achieve astounding operational results such as productivity improvements of 38-60%, defect reductions of 47-62%, capacity increases of 40-50%, inventory savings of 70-92% and process time reductions of 50-94%.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys classic cars and motorcycles as well as making and playing electric guitars.
