The Field Service News Live Event spans two full days and an evening and consists of a number of different components, some of which are free to attend.
In all cases, attendance requires a ticket, which can be obtained here: Field Service News Live agenda and tickets
The FSN Live event runs from October 5th to 6th and incorporates the following:
Field Service News Expo
The Field Service News Expo is free to attend and provides a one stop shop for field service professionals to find answers to the challenges they face.
It features a dedicated recruitment clinic and on-site demonstrations from all of the leading field service solution providers.
It also features a field service solutions theatre with two full days of presentations, expert panels and interviews.
Servispart Consulting will be sitting on one of those expert panel sessions discussing servitisation.
The Solutions Theatre has sessions running throughout both days featuring leading industry professionals and insightful presentations from the leading solutions providers serving our sector.
It offers an incredible two-day program of education and is completely free to attend for all field service management professionals.
More details and free tickets for the Expo with Solutions Theatre included can be found here.
If you are a field service professional then you need a good excuse not to attend.

Field Service News Symposium
The Field Service News Symposium brings a new approach to industry discussions with the focus on meaningful discussions through guided peer-to-peer learning.
You won’t find any presentations at the symposium.
Instead, you will discover a number of Think Tank, Crowd Think and Masterclass sessions.
These are an opportunity, alongside your peers, to brainstorm solutions to the biggest problems we all face in the field service industry.
Conversations will therefore centre around industry best-practice.
You will be able to find and explore the best practical ideas that can help transform your field service operations.
Symposium attendees also get access to the drinks reception for the European Field Service Awards.
This is an opportunity to join us all for a couple of hours of free drinks, great conversation and celebration of excellence in our industry!
You can find more details and purchase Symposium tickets here.
Secure your place now. Limited availability only!
